Hello!

My name is Dilys Gibbs-Harrison. I am a science teacher in the Coldwater Community School system. I currently teach at CASL Alternative School, teaching Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, and Pre-Chemistry.  My students have hard lives. Not only am I their teacher, but I am also a counselor and family to these students. It is my job to reach them at their current intellectual level on that day. Sometimes this is a gamble but well worth it.

I live on a farm in south central Michigan, twelve miles from the Indiana border. We raise hay and beef cattle. I have 2 dogs who are my walking, running, and chore buddies. All of my animals are my stress relievers after a long day. My yard is 3 acres which I enjoy mowing on the weekends. This is leftover from days when I use to plow fields from sun up to sundown with my father.
